Description:
Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA) has organised one meeting for MOBILISE project with the all diasater agencies in Sarawak. As we know, for our case study in MOBILISE Project, we have chosen Sarawak River Catchment and from that area, three (3) local authorities are  involved which is Kuching North City Hall, Kuching South City Council and Padawan Municipal Council. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce, explain and updating the progress of MOBILISE project so far. We also presented to them the MOBILISE 3.0 and explain how the system could help them when facing disaster and plan accordingly.

There were a few things that have been discussed in the meeting:

  1. Introduction to MOBILISE Research Project
  2. Presentation of MOBILISE Progress and Status (SDMAs Response Rate on Checklist M/Summary of Response)
  3. Demonstration of MOBILISE Platform
  4. Whatsapp Group Invitation-MOBILISE Sarawak 2021 (Distributibg Login details of MOBILISE system to SDMAs)
  5. Quick Presentation on How to Utilise MOBILISE System
